KSAR Technology Holdings will provide user orientation on the general operations of the machine. Assistance can also be provided for orientation on the proper procedures in work about operation. In-house training will be provided to the buyer. Handouts and course materials will be supplied during the training as stated below.

Maintenance and Support

Warranty Period Coverage: One (1) year from the date of delivery of items. This warranty covers parts and labor except for the following consumable items:

A.           Thermal Paper

B.            Lithium Battery (CR1620)

C.            Rechargeable battery

Service Unit: Service unit will be provided for every unit’s subject for repair.

General Terms and Conditions for the First Year: KSAR Technology Holdings guarantees hardware products for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase from KSAR Technology Holdings. KSAR Technology Holdings guarantees that the hardware products are free, in normal conditions of use and service, from faults regarding assembly and materials.
